I work with a small, yet growing group of UI and UX Designers. We work across the entire product organization to discover and create new solutions while also improving current solutions. We are committed to ensuring all products progress forward with direct feedback from users incorporated in them.

It's important to me to have a work family. I love what I do and the only thing that makes it better is doing it with people who are just as passionate and fun as I am. I care about the user and believe in the proven process of design thinking and identifying the "jobs to be done". I seek not only to improve the skills of those I work with, but to also be mentored and grow.

my process

I believe in truly innovative product and service design. I aim to push my teams towards unconventional approaches of solving a problem. I am a hybrid designer and researcher and believe the two go hand-in-hand and should never be separated. 

To the right is my ideal user experience design process. Every client and project is different. Part of being a good designer is being flexible enough to adjust the process and still achieve optimal results.
